Western Series at Lake Parramatta. Took it easy and made one parallel error. Had to help a Mother/Daughter who were way off the "Mini" map. Aware of L knee and R achilles, but no pain. Had taped knee.

Foggy and cold. Was a bit early and went solo. Saw Nick and Jock doing a reverse on Akuna (11:37), so scarpered up McCarrs ( 9:35) to meet them at Terry Hills. Guenter, Jason as well and they caught me getting n to Mona Vale Road. Had nothing for the Snives hill.

Mat 250. Hammies 30 light 10 strong. Reformer 200 on 3 springs. Arms, legs on 2. VMOs. Slidies 10 twice, lunges 20.
