Narrabeen with Aoife. Gears still slipping - but not as bad as Aoifes (!). I've decided to chuck the S-Ram and replace it with Shimano XTR.

Lane Cove riverside. A struggle. I'm glad Aus Champs is not this week.

That makes twice in 8 weeks. Solo, joined NSCC at Pentecost and with them till they went anticlockwise at Akuna. Probably behind them (and Undy) on the way back after that. Akuna East 11:45, McCarrs 9:30, not too bad considering.

Normal session. Usual mat (42 repeats each). Basics on 3.5 springs (42). Arms, Hundreds (140), legs on 2. Single legs, Scooters (100 in 40,40,20) on 1.5. Slidies (20 each) on 1.5.
Not yet over cold/flu - still have significant gunk.
