Narrabeen. Couldn't decide whether to do MTBO or the Goat race. By the time we had decided (Goat) we had missed the "STRICTLY" pre-entry date. So went running instead. Actually my longest run distance wise since September 2011 (13.7km, Two Creeks with Cath).
