Teering race (NSW Champs) 16:56 [5] **** 2.56 km (6:37 / km) +35m 6:11 / km
spiked:16/17c shoes: ASICS Gel Nimbus 15 white2

University of New South Wales, Kensington. Sprint, M55, 1st. Took a while to understand the map on the way to 1; same area caused a few issues on the way back (17). Missed one good route to 8. Tried to find the underpass on the way to 9, but didn't see it.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2] 1.5 km (6:40 / km) +10m 6:27 / km

Teering race (Sprint Series) 15:38 [5] 2.5 km (6:15 / km) +26m 5:57 / km

SL1, Botany Bay, Joseph Banks Park. Nice sprint, part dunes/bush/sand, part Park. Got both of the long route choices wrong, but pretty clean in the circle. Started GPS again halfway.

Teering race (Summer Series) 45:44 [4] 8.01 km (5:42 / km) +200m 5:04 / km
shoes: ASICS Gel Nimbus 15 white2

Bobbin Head Road, North Turramurra, Lovers Jump East. Timed it pretty well, couldn't really have snuck under the 45 with that brutal climb to the finish. However, lost 25 seconds on #18 which was shown in the car park where I looked first - that would have made things interesting at the finish where I was late by 44 after slowing down. Actually glad I wasn't closer as I was already up to max HR. GPS underestimated climb - map says 200m - and misplaced start by 150m.
