Carrs Bush, Kogarah. Stuffed up no.4 and Linda Sesta caught me (-50s). GPS says I ran right beside it (looking the wrong way maybe?). Better after that.

After run. Water was ridiculously warm, not much good for cooling down. Big contrast to Tassie.

Leven Canyon walk - quite spectacular - better than indicated in the brochures. 697 steps was quite challenging.

Dove Lake-Wombat Peak-Ronnies. Cold and wet, almost frostbite on the fingers. Aoife did well,at least uphill.

Four Mile Beach. Saw a wombat in the bush on the way down from the track. First wombat I had seen in the wild (but saw lots more later outside our tent). Water was bracing and very clear.

Maria Island. New distance PB for Aoife. Encampment Cove was boring, but on the way back I nearly stepped on a large Manta Ray.
