Teering race (NSW Champs) 45:55 [4] 5.86 km (7:50 / km) +199m 6:42 / km
shoes: VJ Bold

Connorton, Middle Distance, M55, 1st. Great course in stunning terrain. This is right up there with Scandinavian O, really testing navigation. Missed 1, then went well until I passed Grant and Shingo at 10. Repassed Shingo another 3 times and Grant 4 as I mucked up 13, 17, 19 and 20. Finished 9 seconds down on M50 Ian Jones and a fair bit down on Lizzie Ingham (5:52).

Pomingalarna, Wagga Wagga. Good course and I went pretty well, just dropped a minute or so on 14. Well off the pace, partly due to severe DOMS from Thursday's surges. Top of quads and adductors very sore, restricting movement. I haven't been sore there for a very long time. Hope thats a good sign.

Amazing Pace at Chatswood with new shoes. Couldn't see in the dark, so made it a high intensity session when I could.
