Last chance training to Terry Hills. Slow through the car meet, first the Golf GTIs, then the Porsches, then the Ferraris and Maseratis and finally the Vintage.
Back OK, tightened up a little in the last 10k. With 2 S Africans from Lindfield to Forrest Way, that helped with traffic.

Lane Cove NP, an on-road session this time. Not bad speed on wet roads. Good surface though. Saw Ewan warming up for his soccer game.

Got a session in before my field trip next week.
I'm going to untick my foot injuries now. Although I'm still aware of them they caused no discomfort at all last weekend and aren't as far as I can see an impediment to training.
