Basin to West Head Road. Carrying 15kg pack, plus extra time stopped, waiting.

Teering race (Sprint Series) 21:04 [5] 3.7 km (5:41 / km) +35m 5:26 / km

Callan Park. 13th. Running OK, careful on wet paths. Missed small path to 2, best route to 13, hesitated at 16 (HR fell dramatically), went right instead of left at 20. Nothing more than 15 seconds. Good course, huge map.

Feet are pretty good at the moment, can't usually feel left one, right is only sore a few times a day. Right hand is quite sore most of the time - Xrays said that I banged a bony growth on the base of the thumb. Nothing fractured.

Crows Nest at lunchtime. Class by Little A's Julie. Started too fast and only just held on; need to take a heart rate monitor next time. Good bike.
Need to do this because my own bike is still not fixed (forks, back wheel, roofrack incident). I reclaimed it from MurraTurra after 5 weeks when they said they couldn't fix it and suggested I buy a new frame (the old one is not broken). Of course I can't go back to Generade because "they can't meet my expectations" like I was told last time, and unfortunately Cranks N Sydney shut down. So I brought it into the city this morning.

X-ray on right hand this afternoon. I fell on it last week. Results Thursday.
