Loyal Henry Park, Roseville at the BigFoot Summer Series. Putting out, collecting and running around the Junior Course. Very hot; the kids got very red in the face. Both feet very sore after. I would use the word frustrating, but that doesn't really seem adequate.

Mt Kuringai - Bobbin (13:30). Bit cool and felt a bit ragged towards the end, as if I was finishing a 100km ride not 46km. Still, got a round of applause in Lane Cove NP for the speed I was going (I think).
