St Ives Showground. My excuse was going to be that I'd camped overnight and walked out with a heavy pack, but Undy did that too and ran well. So its down to a lot of mistakes. Three of the mistakes were in the same area (tracks just west of the start - 10, 16 and 20). Lost 2:55 in mistakes which is way too much (~14%).

Bigfoot Akuna Bay ride in atrocious conditions. Took the nasty St Ives hill KOM ahead of Darvo on his MTB. Then got a flat - extracted a piece of glass from the tyre. Used CO2 which was a lot better than the pump. 11 minutes to change the tube - a new record?

Macquarie Hospital, North Ryde. Quite an easy course, ran OK. GPS climb 35m (No course distance given). No. 8 was a tough climb, which dislodged the wheels. It took me till 14 to recover, by which time I had lost 45 seconds in running speed and 20 seconds in a mistake, and so slipped behind all 4 of the Hills (Andy, Matthew, Daniel and Barbara).
Only spotted the mistake after loading the splits - there was a shortcut through to 13 that I didn't spot, Undy and I were the only top 20 finishers not to get it.
Chose a few different routes to Undy and Shingo but forgot GPS, so distance a guess. Also forgot SI, and running gear - had to return home to get the latter.
