West Chatswood Track. Annual interval session 400m x 7. 82.3 (75) 81.2 (73) 83.2 (91) 84.0 (96) 82.7 (125) 82.7 (127) 86.8. Pretty quick to start falling apart - after the third interval times and then recoveries started to blow out.
Interesting GPS track shows a 10m climb and descent on the perfectly flat athletics track - it was getting influenced by the cliff on the east side of the track.
