H to Kariong, before Gosford and met up with Cath and Paula who went Teering. GPS failed at Mooney Mooney. Hit twice by a (?) butcher bird on Abingdon Road as I was starting off.
The cold got to me after about 2 hours and felt cold all day after.
Note successful edit of gpx track with "GPXEditor"

Core Stability 20:00 [3]

At home. Feeling a bit weary after nearly 2 months of only 1 run per week due to dodgy knee syndrome. Might have to see if a more complete rest will do the trick. Or should I crank it up instead?

Teering race (Sydney Summer) 49:51 intensity: (40:00 @4) + (9:51 @5) 9.4 km (5:18 / km) +136m 4:57 / km
shoes: Saucony Hurricane E45

Eastwood, "The Sanctuary". Hot and bothered on struggle street. Actually worked out OK. Lost a minute trying to cross a deep creek early on, maybe should have tried Patrik's direct route. Made a late decision to go for the high pointers on the steep section on the east side. Had I known I was going to do those before the start I probably should have gone there first and got the hills over with.
490 -50 pts = 440. =11th, 10 points behind Michael Burton. 1st again on SVM, which is 7 wins from 8.
