May have overdone it this time. Naremburn. 1km x 4. 3:30, 3:31, 3:32, 3:42. Recovery blew out from 2 minutes to close to 4.
EDIT: track estimated at 960m so 3:39, 3:40, 3:41, 3:52. Thought it was a bit fast.

Greenwich. A lot of trouble finding the coastal path north of the Baths. Legs sore before and towards the end and after, but for the most part during the run pretty good.
