Running (Fairyland loop) 54:37 [3] 9.31 km (5:52 / km) +218m 5:15 / km
shoes: Saucony Hurricane Progrid 12

Post Election Bigfoot run, trailing behind Jock most of the time. Able to run, unlike yesterday, legs have freed out a bit from the intervals. False sense of security?

Running intervals 31:00 intensity: (24:00 @3) + (7:00 @5) 6.04 km (5:08 / km) +50m 4:56 / km

Tempted fate with first 400m session for a year. 6 x 400:
74, 78, 74, 77, 77, 75. Recoveries to 120bpm (1:15-2:00). At least this week I appear to be faster than fletch

Running 41:06 [3] 7.28 km (5:39 / km) +120m 5:13 / km
shoes: Saucony Hurricane Progrid 12

From work. DOMS from yesterday, so slower. Noticed a downward trend in training km over the last few weeks so decided to try a back-to-back

Running 41:10 intensity: (21:10 @3) + (20:00 @4) 8.55 km (4:49 / km) +120m 4:30 / km
shoes: Saucony Hurricane Progrid 12

From work. Today I'm ticking the cold as "Recovered", although the cough has been very persistent, just not as productive in the last couple of days. Fastest run in a while, running OK, but not feeling particularly strong just yet. Pleased that the times are coming down.

R achilles, calf, knee, adductor, hamstring, ITB, glute all dodgy. Hamstring the worst.
