So the physio didn't get to look at the knee :( The shoulder is either rotator cuff or biceps tendon - I have to back on Monday for a more definite prognosis.

Ok, the physio is going to have his work cut out. Fell heavily on the niggly knee going down a small hill on the oval (which it turns out has quite a lot of grass covered holes about 20cm deep). The right shoulder is worse - heard a crack as I went down.
