Attempted to run before breakfast, before I realised I was in deep s**t. Couldn't. Only able to raise a couple of steps before walking again. So 30 minute walk on the "Maidan" - Calcutta's big city centre park.

Cycling 35:00 intensity: (20:00 @3) + (15:00 @4) 19.7 km (1:47 / km)

Calcutta. 461 calories. Same result, but this session was a "random" one, with variable "gears".

Gym - Funny machine a bit like a cross-country skier or step machine. Took it very easy. It reverses backwards some of the time. 200 calories.

Calcutta. 463 calories. This bike goes faster than the Singapore one. Spent 8 hours in the lawyers office today.
