mapping for MetrO.

Cycling (Shelley) 2:01:00 [4] 64.1 km (1:53 / km)

Normal Service resumed. Don't really know what the system failure was all about. With the 6.15 (?) Riders Choice Group.

Teering race (Mosman Park) 22:00 [4] 3.0 km (7:20 / km) +50m 6:46 / km
weight:79.3kg shoes: Brooks Trance

MetrO. Hot. Legs shot from cycling. Steep in places. Was ahead of Emily Martin, but ran to the centre of the circle at 9, no control. Checked description - gate post - looked behind me and Emily was punching. Difficult to get the whole routine going when pushing a pram. Graham managed better than me though (to win).

Core Stability (Pilates) 45:00 [2]

Was actually OK today except for the wrists, so could have ridden this morning. Got to get the glutes firing again, should be sore tomorrow.

Core Stability (Clams) 1:20 [3]

Improved a little, but skipped the ride this am, dammit.

Core Stability (Clams) 1:20 [3]

System failure. Rolling pain since Sunday - started in glutes, then hamstrings, backs of the knees, calves, L achilles. Right now the sore bits are both wrists, both elbows, right index finger, right knee (that's the worst), and left lower shin. Sudden onset arthritis?

Cycling (Floreat) 1:21:00 [3] 36.5 km (2:13 / km)

Late, so shortcut to Swanbourne. Kept in front of the group - just saw the leaders behind me at Christchurch, but kept going. Legs heavy and tired.
Limping all day from backs of knees/hammies being tight

Cycling (Hillarys) 1:50:00 [3] 55.4 km (1:59 / km)

With Richard. Not much wind. The annual Northern Suburbs fitness challenge was on - walk from Hillarys to Trigg and eat as many snags as you can. Glutes sore - lower back locked up now and again.
