spiked:7/11c shoes: Innov8 Mudclaw 270

Canaan Downs. Walked the hills. Map not good - lots of depressions in the right place, but contours woeful. Made 3 small errors and 1 huge - couldn't locate myself on the main track and ran into a felled area, marked as "fight" on the map.

Overall time - down nearly 100 hours on 2007 to 170 hours (28 mins per day).
Bike km - almost exactly half of 2007 - 3024 v. 6049
Foot O - down 48km to 162km
Running - down 113km to 357km - not even 1km per day!

On a more positive note -
MTB - 420km, up 80km
Ended the year just about uninjured - achilles looks OK
