Breathing not right yet. Walked the hills. Lost time on 6 the veg has changed - on the map it was in white below green; now its in green below white. Stuffed up the next one as well; when I got there I recognized it from the last time when I stuffed it from the other direction. So lost 1 minute at 6 and 2.30 at 7. Ran OK downhill though and wasn't coughing much stuff up. Recovery on track?
Twisted ankle after the finish, when I got back on the dirt road and tried to turn the GPS off.

Finally managed to log my Easter races after grappling with the horrible format of the splits on the OA website. Managed to get them into Winsplits after a lot of copying/pasting into notepad, Word and Excel.
