Longer, but severely restricted breathing still. Coughing not clearing the way. Last day of antibiotics.

Training. Breathing severely restricted, particularly up any hill (had to walk). Legs fine, hip flexors a bit tight.

Antibiotics not working. Back to Doc (BP125/80) - onto oral glucocorticosteroids (not anabolic). However they are on the WADA 2008 list needing a Therapeutic Use Exemption to use them, so I'll probably get the doc to fill out a form if I think my elite comeback is still on track. Current status is that the track is buckled, missing a few nuts and bolts here and there, with a few rails off kilter - most of them are rusty and cracked anyway.

glimmer of hope on the horizon. Not coughing up as much stuff (but still blood in it). Lethargy /aches still there. Scalp not as sore as previous days. Runny nose has disappeared. Appetite bigger than a few days ago. The only silver lining to all this is that I've dropped 3 kilos in the last week.
