Standard Welshpool Rd - P Brook, Kalamunda. This time with the Cafe Cafe 7am, group - Franz, Karl and Ross. Welshpool again slow but not as atrocious as last week - 3km, 12.04.

Left Evo for dead on the hills! Got onto to the back of the Chase group through the hilly section and Evo didn't make it. Then won the sprint at UWA, while the 2 losers, Evo and Carlo, continued on for a bit and had their own sprint at a different finish line.
