Teering race 1:20:00 [4] *** 5.2 km (15:23 / km)
spiked:3/12c shoes: Silva SG

John Forrest NP. Abysmal effort on my part. Yes the map was a bit dodgy, but I should have lost less time than that. Lost 8 minutes at 1, 3 minutes at 2, 4 minutes at 3, 1 minute at 4, 1 minute at 5, spiked 6, 6 minutes at 7, 2 minutes at 8, 6 minutes at 9, 1 minute at 10, spiked 11 and spiked 12. So lost around 32 minutes bumbling around.

Cycling (Riders Choice) 2:08:25 [3] 69.0 km (1:52 / km)
ahr:124 max:151

Nasty horrible sleety rain at Cottesloe (again) from when we got onto Curtin Avenue to the end of Leighton Beach. Then it cleared up, but saturated and cold (6.6) from there. They need a special rain guage at Cott. Only 5 of the group showed up today (no Evo, Tooms - more vacuuming?)

Cycling (Red Rock) 1:29:00 [4] 51.0 km (1:45 / km)
ahr:138 max:161

Fast pace. Got to the front a few times. In trouble on Majestic but hung on. In trouble again on Mts Bay, but got back on at the lights. Fastest training since Feb 10, and 3rd highest average heart rate in training this year. L knee a bit sore from the jarring I gave it at the MTBO. Calf issues seem to have cleared up.

Cycling (Floreat) 1:34:37 [3] 47.0 km (2:01 / km)
ahr:122 max:160

Rained at get up time which reduced the group to 13, and rain/wet roads at Cottesloe (again) was unpleasant. Easy pace and 1 UWA almost uncontested.
