Dunsborough to the lighthouse. DOMS at start, got slowly better until spaz attack on Bunker Bay beach. Then Cath passed me up the hill.

LOST weekend ride, then 20 with Rick and then another 30 to the Lighthouse and return.

Belltower to UWA. Had committed to this for Cons Mins. Went out hard and was in the leading pack of 8 after the first km. Wheels fell off very quickly after: couldn't lift legs. Indian Delhi Belly didn't help.
