Teering race (NOL) 40:00 [4] 5.0 km (8:00 / km)

Kooyoora. Missed briefing, so missed two vital instructions. At the start I noticed the map was face up in the box, but didn't say anything. Well, the first vital instruction was "turn the map over". So I ran Loops 2 and 3 and to the finish, where I knew something was wrong, so turned the map over there, went back and ran Loop 1 and Loop 3 again. Result was "DQ" because I didn't hear the second instruction at the briefing which was "Punch the SI box at the start between loops". This was despite the fact that there was no flag at this point.

Glenluce. Too many hills, L patellar tendon got sore with 4 to go, then R Achilles went a bit later, walked from there.

Ran well with efforts up hills

Last ride on red Trek - frame cracked.
