Teering race (WA Champs) 1:29:15 intensity: (1:00:00 @3) + (29:15 @4) **** 14.0 km (6:23 / km) +300m 5:45 / km
spiked:16/19c

Gunapin Ridge. Okm 12.1/255m. H1, 4th. 1 Craig 69:15, 2 Hoggster 70.20, 3 Terry Farrell 73:11, 4 ER 89:15.
Not a good run. Stopped short on the way to 1 (-2), confused by bare rock. Drifted left on 2 (-1), made a real hash of 7 and passed above it going an extra 200m (-4). Went straight at 9 through the green valley and popped out near enough to it to actually beat Hoggster on this split (one of 3).
Did ankle again on the way to 17 and lost another couple minutes through tiredness to the finish.

Teering race (WA Champs) 1:02:10 [4] 10.0 km (6:13 / km) +220m 5:36 / km
spiked:13/17c

Gunapin, Day 1. Okm 9.03/200m. H1 1 Hoggster 46:57, 2 Craig, 48:24, 3 Terry 49:57, 4 ER 62:10, 5 Phil Dufty 75:51.
Pretty good first half, just over 3 minutes down at halfway. Then lost track of where I was to 9 (-1:30), dallied on the edge of the circle at 12 (-30 secs) and stuffed 14 and 16 in rock detail (-2, -3). So should have run about 55.
