Canal, SCR. Quite W all day, improved in evening. Arms, shoulders still sore from weights.

Longwood to Park. Got a little bit tired towards end. Too soon after breakfast but OK. A little W. Thighs and upper chest sore from weights.

Clonkeen Park, 2km x 4 (50 secs rec). 6:58, 7:03, 6:56, 7:00. Just into uncomfortable, pulse 180 after then down to 120-130. Little bit W.

Musheramore, Relays. Really rough, Pat Healy (35) and the Murph (36) had shorter courses. Felt reasonably OK.
Cold generally better but nose still blocked towards the end of the week.

Mardyke with Ray Shanahan. 2 minutes x 6 (1 min rec). Pushed 2nd and suffered in 3rd and 6th. Pretty good though. Warm up 5 miles easy.
PS no training Thu - forgot shorts. Yellow muc anyway.

Broadstone, Royal Canal, Park. V,I 3 hours before, so quite W all the way. Legs quie tired near the end.

200m x 2. 27.2, 26.8. Good run, but breathing bad. Ran 3 miles before at 6:45 pace (20:15, 4.8km at 4:12)

The 8.7 mile. Got tired in the last 3. Lots of muc. 27 at top, 37 with 3 to go.

400m x 4 (1 min rec). College. 63.3, 65.2, 63.3, 62.8. Nose, chest still muc'd. Not breathing well at all.
