620m x 3 (3). 104, 103, 107. Then 300m x 3 (jog 100). 47, 50, 55. Pretty OK for the 600s, a bit tired. Couldn't handle the pace of the 300s at all.

Quads a bit tight before, calves after. Back sore from time to time. Easy. Nose still a bit blocked.

Ran hard and pretty fast inc. all the hills. One route choice mistake cost me the win. Going really well at the start and near finish. W after 30 minutes. Cold no problem. 1 Gus 2 Corby -1, 3 ER -2.5, 4 Wally -4. 1 Eileen 78, 7 D Lewis 94.

Raw feeling at top of throat, back of nose. Went out anyway. Easy, legs strong.
