Glenmacnass, 4th. Took it very easy. Walked all the climb on Tonelagee. Ran out of energy a bit at 1:25. Ran off Tonelagee and nearly caught the leaders - I never saw them and only jogged in but finished just 6 minutes down on winner Mick Deasy, 3 behind second place.

Metro. 1000m x 7 in around 3:10. Felt ridiculously easy for the first 5. Took wide lines and started late in the middle 3. Last two tough - 3:01, 2:54 with D McShane, K Phipps.
