Slow Group, but we caught the diminished fast group on Thomas St. pm flew to Toronto.

N Freo. Ran slow, partly because I couldn't read the map properly. That was surprising since I did a lot of mapping here a couple of years ago when we extended it north.

Distinct lack of orienteers this am. Got over the first hill OK on Frans wheel but cracked on the Devils Elbow and lost touch with the front group. Also a lack of sprinters: I won easily coming off A Dawson's wheel at the start of the straight.

Hot morning (27) and pretty quick ride for the slow group. Found myself at the front at Mt Henry after the guys ahead of me hid from the wind, so took the sprint win.

Canning Vale. Walked 95%. 4th. Saw 2nd and 3rd further away than me from the finish on the oval, but didn't sprint. (Physio sessions with Damien 4th, 8th).
