Wow.. haven't taken a full rest day in a while and it sucks. I felt like that time I got one of those spongebob popsicles from the ice cream truck where one of the gumballs fell out of the eye socket.

Also starting a 10 mile/day challenge w 1 rest day to challenge myself a little bit.
