Running long 1:36:43 [4] 19.07 km (5:04 / km) +398m 4:36 / km

Okay so I was in the middle of the run and a bike passed me on a trail section that was somewhat hilly so I thought "wouldn't it be cool if I could beat this biker down this trail?"

So I started racing this biker for the trail section in the middle of my long run expecting to just pass him, but as I got close he sped up and it was a full on race.

I was really struggling to keep up and didn't want to push myself this much, but then I passed another runner on the trail as I was chasing the bike and then HE STARTED RACING WITH US LMAO. So I couldn't give up. And this dude was fast as heck, he looked like a gym junky turned runner with this covid stuff, but he clearly could run FAST !!

So I was hauling with this guy and the biker down the trail and finally passed the bike on the last hill after running after him for like 2ish miles? Kinda wild.

The runner also kept up with us for the last mile so when I slowed down we talked a bit and I told him I about orienteering (EXPLAINING IT IN EVERY LAST DETAIL 100% ACCREATLY) and then the first thing he said was "OH SO IT'S LIKE THE AMAZING RACE!" (a tv show that literally is nothing like orienteering). Anyways that's a classic, but cool run anyways.
