Went out with my family for a long run even though I wasn't feeling very good. I managed to get through 11k at my mom's pace but after the run I was not feeling great so I decided that I needed a rest.
Cross Country was cancelled because of the heat so I had to do a run myself. Since we don't normally do anything long in Cross Country I decided to do a medium/long distance run to try to get a little more miles in for the week.
