Did a few hills and some muddy trails so the pace was relatively slow.

I did a mile on the track just to test my speed after not racing the distance for a long time since Track last year and try to pace for the team trials 3k cutoff.

Not a great time, but the conditions weren't great either and I haven't done a mile in a long time.
