Snow run with Peter. The loop we did had huge sections of icy snow that really slowed me down when running through it, but it was a good workout for my legs.

Found an abandoned snowmobile again (this time in a different spot). It could've been the same one. Kinda creepy.

One of the strangest workouts I've done this year.

I did this workout in a small wooded section of the park near my house where the footing was bad and tried to run hard without looking at my feet as much as I could. Thankfully I didn't hurt myself, and it was good practice running in terrain.

Mid Atlantic Champs at Seneca Creek Park

I felt pretty solid in my orienteering with a few small micro route errors that cost me a little bit of time. I think I mainly lost to Greg and Peter due to speed since it was such a fast course, but I could've definitely improved my orienteering and could've pushed through the green more.

Legs hurt tho.

Kirsten, Peter and I raced and we got a 7 minute head start on some other teams (like Greg's team) and we were the first ones to finish. I think we beat Greg's team by about 5-6 minutes anyways so even without the head start it would've been close.

Easy recover run. My dad and I are running up and down this one hill to try to make a trail in the nearby park. It's going good so far and if we keep doing it throughout the winter the trail is going to be complete :)
