Long run around Valley Forge Park

It was a mix of running walking and stopping because I was playing a lot of Pokemon Go during the run so the pace wasn't so great. The distance was OK and the run still ended up being fun.

I was not really prepared for the difficult hills when coming back home since Hungary was so flat.

The hills were hard but it is good practice trying to get used to them again.

JWOC Relay

Felt pretty good about this race and I think it was my best race this year. Overall I felt amazing physically and had a decent race technically so I ended up gaining a lot of places for our 2nd team and had a really good result overall.

JWOC Sprint Race 2018

The sprint is the hardest race for me since I tend to lack the speed to even come close to the top runners. This sprint was more technical than most so I had a chance to place better than I did, but I made some really stupid mistakes midway through the course that lost me a lot of time and I ended up not having a good race.

Was not very happy with my race, but after seeing that a lot of people had trouble and burned out at the end of the race I wasn't too upset. Especially since I ended up placing higher than last year even though I felt happier with last year's race.
