A few running spurts today when the O-Cuppers were faster than expected, but just a lot of hours on my feet today
Perfect weather for the race and a record zero people over time. We were out of the school by 1 and I was home by 2. The. Best.

I know you're all super interested in my gym stuff. It's week 2 of the Open. This weeks workout:

Did 18.2 in 6:19 and 18.2a was 250lbs. Those are good for 10th and 31st in the region/age class so far (likely those will blow out to about 50th and 200th by the time all the scores get in on Monday night)

Happy with those numbers
