Winter Rally! Tough People Only edition.
This was really the big test on recent fitness lost. 50 secs slower than this time last year. Always hard to compare year to year as it's so condition based - but I think it's kinda similar to last year, so I'll take it.
Didn't really feel like I was pushing as hard as I could, it was fricken freezing out there.
I think Dr. PBV broke his course record tonight. O-Cup dark horse incoming.

Shorter than usual planned round the local trails - spent too long looking for the Ipod and had to head to Domestique.
Got to run a short section across Cootes, nice skate-able ice at the moment.

Another sweet TNT - 8 x Aberdeens. Still feeling better than I should, but not feeling like I'm pushing hard enough. Assume the ball will get dropped once I get to a full training load again.
Feeling the PF a little on the descents of the final few loops, but in general, I think it's on the way out.
