Faile
GPS & HR added. Incident happened at 8:25 - interesting HR spike over the next 45 seconds - that's adrenaline/fear in action

3rd leg of the Relay.
So much fun - kinda bummed the foot is what it is, with Tarno, Sudden, the Griz and myself starting within minutes of each other this was a very rare chance for a DGL head to head.
Error at #8 where I lost Griz (though he was following me into the mistake), and stupidly slow on the final loop, but pretty decent otherwise.
There should be more relays.

Canadian Sprint Champs.
So I wasn't going to go out again, but how often do you get the chance to run on a world quality sprint area in North America?
It went better than yesterday, but not at that 'knife edge' sprint pace where you're almost on the edge of falling off which I really love.
A few errors here and there due to more of a focus on foot positioning than the map, but I embarrassed a few people (including tnipen on one route choice), so worth.

Well that sucked.
Canadian Middle Champs. My first real orienteering race since 2012 NAOCs I believe! I knew it was going to be touch and go with the heel and the first 20mins seems to go OK.
However then fatigue set in and it became harder and harder to 'place' it well with all the dead fall and rock, so I ended up walking most of the second half
Frustrating, but at least it was a really cool area and it was nice just to be out in it.

Orienteering 1:10:00 [3] 4.0 km (17:30 / km)
shoes: 2013 Orocs

Time on both training maps with the posse. Super rugged and hot out, but some really sexy woods as well.
Not enough time spent swimming at Lost Lake. Hopefully One Duck Lake is equally awesome.
