Leanimal and I biked upwind and slightly uphill to Big Chute, stopped for a quick snack, and then flew back to Orillia. Somehow, we still felt upwind at times on the way back but that was definitely the way to do it...save the easy stuff for the end!...and yes, Bash, we should have ridden an extra 6km for the metric century. Perhaps I was too focused on getting Dill Pickle Doritos and chocolate milk at the store.

Goose and I headed into the valley to the south of Bolton for some cross-country nav. Bloody cold winds out.

Much nicer of a day than I thought would be the case from the weather report so I was way overdressed...just meant that I sweat off more of my phat. Piriformis' feel better but still not 100%. Got to get treated again this week.

Road Ride 2:30:00 [3]

VERY windy day around Orillia for a ride. I was either cooking along over 30 kph or struggling to maintain a mid-20s speed into the wind...no middle ground. Piriformis still bugging me but work done on it on Friday definitely helped a little. Got to get back on that pain train a couple more time this week...no power otherwise.
