Wild BOAR 3.0 - Goose put together yet another glorious session in the Humber Valley. I was teamed up with Rob this time around and although we's like to have a few of the CPs back and blew a tire, we did well enough to tie everyone else...as no team finished in the 4 hour limit.

Snuck out for a quick run with a colleague from work at lunch. Way slower and shorter than I would have liked buy this guy was keen and I didn't want to crush his enthusiasm to get into running. I'm such a nice guy...

With the 'animals in O-Town, I headed out for a late night trail session in Bolton Camp and the lower sections of the HVT. Right piriformis still bothering me...must actually get it checked out!
