shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D Ultra 2

Salomon DGL St. Catherines - Teamed up with Goose and Leanimal, battling Team MBR all day. They jumped ahead of us for good in a big field section and while we gave chase, we weren't clean enough for the rest of the way to get past them for 2nd. Getawaystix' crew won the COED quite handily. Unreal weather day for a run and the racecourse was creative, well thought out, and had some challenging nav. Pretty wrecked by the end and my right ankle was a bit of an issue. Must give some dedicated time to rehabbing / stregthening it.

Core session featured 6 x 100m free and 6 x 100m breast. Still having trouble getting below 20 strokes per 25m while doing freestyle.

Too much backstroke in this SwimPlan session for my liking. I don't think it's a good thing that I hit my feet on the pool floor just after a kick-turn...I seem to sink like a stone.

Took it up a notch and went for a pre-lunch run in the only bit of greenspace in Markham. Still feeling jetlagged but the day was too glorious to give it a miss.

Out and back run on the HVT but I felt like stopping to have a nap more than a few times...jet lag's a b!tch. Add in the hurried work of getting house ready to sell and I'm bagged. At least the garage is clean!
