Orienteering race 1:02:00 [3] 6.4 km (9:41 / km)

Going to the second control I got a massive stick in my leg, hit a vein and bled like nothing else. So I hobbled around the rest of the course. Nice chunk of flesh missing from my knee now.

Orienteering 59:34 [3] 6.8 km (8:46 / km)

Very steep but really nice. Not so much snow today either which was good. Navigation was spot on.

Orienteering (czech) 56:34 [5] 5.8 km (9:45 / km)

Race training. In pairs´, one person started 20secs ahead of the other one. Raced two controls at a time. The last person was the one who started on the next one.

Bloody tough as there was so much snow. Felt pretty good, made a couple of mistakes and one bad route choice but I think we probably won half each. Was running with josefine. The last hill absolutley killed me, it was literally just vertical.

running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Orienteering 35:45 [3] 3.4 km (10:31 / km)

Took it really easy, just navigating and looking at the terrain.

Orienteering (czech) 47:32 [4] 5.7 km (8:20 / km)

Mass start, probably the nicest forest I have ever run in. Had a really good run today, letting all the frustration of the last couple of days out. I was winning at the last control but got overtaken in the finish, thought Johanna Lönnkvist was ahead but she had actually made a mistake earlier on. So pretty happy.

Orienteering race (long) 1:04:19 [5] 8.0 km (8:02 / km)

Good run. Stopped short on the first couple just getting used to the scale (1:15) but made no real mistakes. Felt strong and was really happy with placing and time.
