Did them on the beach which was nice. Felt pretty strong and fast. After a easy day yesterday my right leg feels pretty good.
Ran to Kingston High to do intervals. Its holidays so no scary bogans around. Did one lap and then partly because i was sore from yesterday and partly cos i was in a fair bit of pain i gave up. So much for my hard week.

So so cold and dark but good fun. Was running fairly well but died on the hills. Right leg was fine whilst running. Was sore afterwards but nothing too bad. Thanks emma it was a good course!

Was feeling okay. Knee was only a little sore. Wanted to get under 24min but just didn't push hard enough up the hills. Had heaps of energy left at the end. Knee stiffened up after I finished running. It was bloody freezing as well.
Note (injured)
Went to see Jarrod about my knee. Could be because of tight hamstring and muscles around my hip. He massaged it which helped and showed me some good stretches to do. Also putting the heat pack on it helps. So good having a free physio just around the corner!!!
Run along the beach. Right knee really hurts, no idea why! Went and stood in the freezing salt water for a while to see if that helped my legs. My knee now feels a lot worse.
