10.45am: DVOA Green Lane Event: Green 5.2k
Not a complicated course, but slow going in the woods. As such I opted for path route choice as opposed to the straight line. Had most navigational issues with last 2 controls. Basically wrong angle out of 15 to 16 and didn’t fully get relocated. No 17 well hidden and more in a pit than between 2 boulders. It was good to get out in the woods.

5.25am: 63 degF and cloudy. Train blocking track, cycled the loop and down to trail end beyond South st bridge and back via skateboard park. Felt good.
