7.55am: 67 degF and sunny. a perfect day to get up and out early before the temp got up into the mid 80’s and the path get too busy. Cycled out to the dog park beyond Oaks on the schuikyll River Trail. Out 1.33.26. Kept a good pace 19mph up the incline from Valley Forge Park up towards Oaks. On way back stopped at Conshohocken coffee shop. Took a little detour - end end in Conshocken. A good ride and the first 1,000 miles clocked up on this bike.

6.3m: Beautiful evening on the river. Only 13 paddlers so a good strong workout. Technique was strong. Good reach. Need more strength (erg) training for endurance at high rate.
