10.20am: Test riding a couple of Trek road bikes from Breakaway Bikes. Tested rode the Trek Domane SL6 twice as it definitely felt better. Went for it and bought it. They fitted it out for me, but to go back after a couple of good rides to get any adjustments to fitting needed. Interesting seeing what a difference clip on shoes make. Excited to put some miles on it.

12.40pm: Got bike home but felt the need to cycle the loop. Felt good. No watch so time is a complete guess.
6.30pm: A good tough session. My stroke technique was good. Inboard arm straight the whole time so you get better rotation. Long 2km piece to warm up, practice starts, a mid session, finishes, race piece and the more strength. A good session.

8.45am: Perfect cycling day, 73degF and little humidity. Out to Norristown Travel Center 1.04, back to Conshohocken coffee shop13 min, stopped for an iced coffee, then back home 47 mins. Felt good and strong.
