10.10am: hot and humid 88 degF 65% humidity. Cycled the loop. Pushed hard out to Falls Bridge16.40, feeling a little short of breath so slowed cadence a bit on way back. Had to stop a few times because of people passing on path.

10.00am: Another nice day for Labor Day. 72degF and sunny. Legs really tight especially right, so the plan was slow and steady. Kept to the plan, slow being the operative word! I guess it is going to take a lot of running to get the running muscle pry back.

10.00am: A gorgeous day, sunny, 66 degF and a light breeze. Luckily the remnants of hurricane went further out into the Atlantic. Opted to go for a run and much needed. It will take a while to get running legs back again.
