Tried to do a little run, even though I knew I probably shouldn't. However, the air was relatively clear for a change and I really wanted to run. Didn't even get a K before I started feeling a twinge in my left calf, so I stopped right away. Eased off, and didn't bother me for the remainder of the walk around the ake.
