Used Jill's Water Rower for 15 minutes. 15 sec all out with 45 seconds recovery. Hope butt does get too sore.

Did get abrasions between my rear cheeks. Must chafe somehow. I'll let them heal up, and maybe in a week try it again with some vaseline between my cheeks.

Pretty uncomfortable ow.

Feeling a little down, as they closed the library today, and the ping pong room and gym yesterday. Guess I'm going to have to use Jill's rowing machine, although it caused abrasions on my butt previously.

Dug up my old TRX training straps, and tried to do some of the exercises. Not nearly as flexible and agile as I was about 10 years ago when I used to do it. Trying to be careful and not injure my shoulder like the last time.
