First workout in 6 days. Takes me much longer to recover from a hard run these days. Use to be 2 days. Now it takes about 3 days.
Lowered my weights a few pounds, since I have been struggling recently. ;Another sign of aging. Also, my usual walks at work which use to take about 13 minutes and 29 minutes, now takes about 15 minutes and 33 minutes.
Canceled my registration to the Nationals in Cincinnati because of the corona virus. Now I have find somewhere that Southwest flies I want to go in the next 6 monthsl
